Returns
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Jazware.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.
Items that are Not Returnable
Jazwares.com does not accept returns of the following items:
Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
Items purchased from sellers other than Jazwares.com
Items without payment receipt or confirmation of purchase.
You must have a copy of your payment receipt in order to receive a refund for the item you wish to return.
Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
•
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
•
If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.
•
Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Orders Returned After 30 Days
Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago will not appear in the list of orders eligible for return in our online Returns Center. Such an order will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it. If you still wish to return it ship the item to:

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, go to the Product Return Form in the Customer Service section of the Jazwares site. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
Items Purchased from Other Sellers
When returning items manufactured by Jazwares Inc, that were purchased in stores other than Jazwares.com you must follow the return process of the respective place of purchase. Jazwares Inc. will not accept returns purchased in any store other than Jazwares.com.
In-Store Returns
If you are not satisfied with Jazwares manufactured products bought in places other than Jazwares.com, and you wish to return the item, please do so at the store you purchased the item in originally. Stores other than Jazwares.com have their own return policies that you must follow.
Packing & Sending Your Return
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
1. Pack the items securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived, in or another box if you prefer.
2. Write the Jazwares Returns address on the outside of the box.
3. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up, or take it to a post office or shipping center.
