Jazwares, Inc., 1351 Sawgrass Corporate Pkwy, # 101, Sunrise, Florida 33323 only provides warranty coverage from all defects in material and workmanship of the toys Jazwares Inc. manufactures, when used under normal conditions for a limited period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for limited Warranty. If the product fails to perform properly, Jazwares, Inc. holds the option to select to repair or replace this unit, with no fee to the Consumer. Note that the purchaser of this unit is solely responsible for shipping and/or insuring it to Jazwares, Inc., Customer Service Department, at the above listed address. Jazwares, Inc., will incur the shipping costs associated with sending any replacement and/or repaired unit/s back to the purchaser of this product.
